Meatloaf

I love making meatloaf. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because my recipe is never, ever, the same.

I make my meatloaf with veggies! Potato, Carrot, Celery, Onion and Garlic went into this one! I used about 1 1/2lbs ground beef.

A few spices (Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, Oregano, Fennel, Black Mustard, Parsley, Thyme) and of course Worcestershire…

A little Ketchup and Mustard…

Don’t forget Bread Crumbs (about 1Cup)  and an Egg,

Mix it all up in a bowl, then transfer to loaf dish and bake at 350F for about an hour! So good, easy, and filling!
